Dan's Reviews: Pho Hoa

This is the mickey-D of pho, they're all over the place, used to go to the chinatown one all the time.   Sure they're everywhere and you'll get a pretty consistent bowl, and the number of choices will blow you away, but once i went to Pho Bac in chinatown, it's tough coming back to average-tasting pho.
