First thing I noticed coming here was that you could clearly see everything that was happening in the kitchen ... transparency's always a big plus, shows they have nothing to hide :)

Iris was super-friendly, we sat down and everything looked really tidy and clean. I had pho chin, the broth was pretty rich and the meat cuts were good quality. Definitely the best pho place I've had on The Ave so far, way better than Than Brothers, Pho Tran, or Pho Cyclo.
