Probably the most authentic Vietnamese experience I've had (almost all of it so far has been pho in some form or another :).  You know it must be good when almost everyone in the restaurant is Vietnamese.  The cheesy karaoke was entertaining as well.

Oh, and points for the hot waitress who cleared our table. ;)

Thanks Kevin, Michael, and Jessica for dining at my Mother's restaurant!  You have mastered the techniques of rolling spring rolls.  Don't know which waitress you're talking about... :P

Sorry I wasn't there.  Thanks for being brave, enduring the karaoke and all.  Good job Lan.  You should work there more often to maintain the loyalty of our newfound clientele.
