Their specialty is German beer, and the Germans know their beer. They've got a huge variety of beers on tap--most of them are sweeter than your typical American variety, but it's definitely something you should try if you like beer.
And if you find that a glass isn't enough for you, you can always order the boot. Yes, the boot.
Yes, Die Bierstube rocks! It, along with its siblings Prost and Feierabend, is easily the best, most authentic Bavarian experience I've seen in Seattle.
